’Overkill’, a dissolute lounge for the mildly curious, is the latest addition to Ottawa’s night life, produced by Sara Ainslie (Mercury Lounge & Collection).
Figuratively & literally under ground at 56 Byward Market Square, the club is a venue for live music, spoken word, performance art and multimedia installations.
As pioneers in alternative programming, we deliver diversions for the bold and the curious.

Conceptualized by Guy Bérubé (La Petite Mort Gallery), ‘Overkill’ is evocative of the plush playgrounds of the modern era, where Jackie O meets Hugh Hefner.
Exhibitionists & Voyeurs are invited to mingle with guest performers and sample vintage mixology in a safe haven featuring black vinyl metal-studded
banquettes, Studio 54 mirrored tabletops and Italian 70’s lighting.
